If you are a licensed notary public, you must register your signature in your county of residence.
Registration
You will be asked to provide:
- The commission card you received from the Minnesota Secretary of State (651.296.2803)
- Your sample signature
- The $100.00 filing fee (payable to the Pope County Recorder)
Notary services are extremely important and it is necessary that a notary fully understand all of the accompanying responsibilities.
