Services and Responsibilities
The County Veteran Service Office was established by Minnesota Statutes to assist Veterans in securing Benefits provided by law as a result of the service of any member in the Armed Forces of the United States Military.

The Veterans Service Office is located in the Pope County Courthouse on the ground floor level and its hours of operation are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday except holidays, vacations and times when the staff must attend training and conferences.

Pope County provides transportation to and from the Veterans Administration Hospitals at Minneapolis and St. Cloud on even calendar days. The vehicle is not a handicap accessible vehicle. Please call for more details.
